In case of lack of conformity, the CLIENT may choose between demanding the change or repair of the product within 15 days of its acquisition. The product must return in perfect condition and with original packaging and labels.
The repair and / or replacement will be free for the CLIENT and must be carried out within a reasonable period of time, from the notification by the CLIENT of the lack of conformity. And they will conform to the following rules:
a) They will be free for the consumer and user. Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.
b) The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery (six months for batteries). The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.
In the event that a product change is chosen, if the amount of the new order is higher than the amount of the returned items minus the return costs, the CUSTOMER will have to pay the difference.
Otherwise, if the amount of the new order is less than the initial amount, Accessible Madrid will reimburse the difference, discounting the return costs, through the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase. In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, the CLIENT must provide the account number where they want the difference to be paid.
Right of withdrawal (Returns).
The buyer will have 10 calendar days from the day of delivery of the order to withdraw from it.
In the event that the product has a factory defect, the Customer Service must be informed within 24 hours once the product is received. Otherwise, the company understands that such defect does not prevent the use of the product and that the customer does not want to change it.
The product must be in perfect condition, complete and with the original packaging.

The term to make the refund will be 72 hours once the merchandise is received.
The CLIENT will be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal.
The client may choose to return the product by their own means or request that we send it to our transport agency. In this case, the expenses incurred for transportation will be discounted.
