Please,follow the steps below to calculate the rental price of the selected product.
STEP 1: Select the product. You can find all the information and details of the products in each product box.
STEP 2: Select the rental dates.
STEP 3: Select the delivery/pick-up service option. You can choose between doing it personally at our store in Madrid, choosing our home/hotel delivery/pick-up service, or combine both. Our store is located at Calle Alcalde Sainz de Baranda 16 (27 Bikes), 28009 Madrid and is open from Monday to Sunday from 10.30am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. The delivery and pick-up service operates from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and is limited to the Madrid city center area located within the M-30. You must indicate the address, details and select the time of service. You will find a text box to indicate any relevant comment that you may consider.
Click on "Calculate my Booking" and you will get the rental price of the selected product and on "Reserve now" to proceed with the payment. Billing Information will be required.
Minimum age to rent: 18 years old.
You can choose picking up your wheelchair or power chair at our store "27 Bikes" (Calle Alcalde Sainz de Baranda 16. In Madrid. Phone: +34 915701682) with no extra charge, or having it home delivered in Madrid City Center - inside M-30 (25€ per trip).
The rental price of our wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are set for full days, regardless of the time of collection or delivery (at our store or using home delivery service).
Store opening hours for collection and delivery of wheelchairs are (Monday-Sunday) from 10.30h to 14h and from 17.00h to 20h.
Home/Hotels Pick-up and delivery times are from Monday to Friday from 10.30h to 12.30h. (Excepting bank holidays).
There is a deposit of EUR 25 for the rental of the following models: Mini Transfer, Breezy 250, Trotter and Roll-Over Evacuation Chair. The deposit for the Libercar Power Chair is 50 EUR. The deposit for Libercar Mistral 7 electric chair is 100 EUR. Deposit will be refunded to the client once the rental product has been returned and we verify the product is in perfect condition. Once the Mobility product is returned, refund will be processed in the same method as payment was made.
Full-cancellation of an individual reservation or booking modifications can be made up until 48 hours prior to pick-up without penalty.
Depending on the availability we will deliver the requested product or other with similar characteristics.
