2019 International Congress on Technology and Tourism for Diversity aims to show what technology, smart tourist destinations, accessible products and services can do for all people. the congress is scheduled October 23-25, 2019, Málaga, Spain and will be held at Palacio de Ferias y Congresos. 2019 International Congress on Technology and Tourism for Diversity is organized by ONCE Foundation for cooperation and social inclusion of persons with disabilities.


This congress aims to show what technology, smart tourist destinations, accessible products and services can do for all people.


Like in previous editions, an important objective is to exchange research papers and communications so that the international community obtains firsthand knowledge on the latest advances in the different topics addressed.


People and their rights, innovation, as well as products and services offered are elements that must be taken in consideration in the 21st century in order to meet individual needs within a global offer.

Assistive devices and applications that provide access to people with disabilities to desktop and mobile commercial computers and to the services rendered, including the web.


Human-Computer Interaction
Methodologies, applications, devices and tools, user interfaces, etc. designed to enable interaction of people with disabilities with smart machines (PCs, tablets, smartphones, and robots, among others), haptic technology.

Special Fee people with disabilities, students and unemployed: free of charge
Stands Fee: 4 m² for 100 ? Aditional m² 26´62? (VAT included)
(Includes: attendance at all presentations, roundtables and workshops, lunch, coffee breaks, and certificate of attendance).


2019 International Congress on Technology and Tourism for Diversity will present simultaneous panels on different subjects. Access will be in strict order of arrival until full capacity (maximum capacity: approximately 70 people).


Simultaneous translation and subtitles in English and Spanish and Spanish language interpreter signs in plenary sessions and panels will be offered.
