Year after year, the ARCOmadrid International Contemporary Art Fair shows its momentum and audacity when it comes to tracking the latest trends in contemporary art. As one of the most important events worldwide, it brings together the sector's most innovative artists and reputed specialists.

The Fair gauges the latest trends on the international art scene, attracting over 150,000 visitors from all over the world each year, turning Madrid into the centre of attention for artists, gallery managers, curators and collectors.

The 34th edition of Arco Madrid, which will take place from 25 February to 1 March 2015, will focus on its guest country, Colombia, and will try to bring contemporary art from this emerging market to Madrid.

Colombia is becoming a hotbed for art not only in Latin America but also in the rest of the world and has experienced a boom in the past decade with the opening of new art galleries, public and private museums, art fairs, biennials, cultural spaces backed by artists, collectors and curators, institutions dedicated to visual arts and auction houses.
