PHE14. International Festival of photography and visual arts

The XVII edition of PhotoEspaña, International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts, will take place from June 4 to July 27, 2014 .

PHE14 marks the beginning of a new stage. Over the next three editions, the Festival exhibition programming will focus on geographic areas rather than being dedicated to a topic. Moreover, the exhibition will address the Festival program bringing together plural forms different comisarios.PHotoEspaña exhibition proposals 2014 will be dedicated to the Spanish Royalty .

Until then and throughout the winter, PhotoEspaña is developing projects across the Atlantic. In October PHotoEspaña.br born, created in collaboration with the Social Service Trade - SESC; annual basis, this project has expanded the map of PHE in Latin America through the organization of exhibitions, professional meetings, photography workshops, lectures, panel discussions, portfolio reviews, tours, family workshops and screenings at the SESC Consolação, in the district of São Paulo Higienópolis.

As part of the Transatlantic Program, which promotes professional meeting and networking in the field of photography and visual arts in Latin America, has organized a portfolio review in Caracas and one in São Paulo and on 20 and 21 January will be held in that city a new critical edition of the Meeting .
