Accessibility Day on 29M in the Lázaro Galdiano Museum. Apdapted guided tour

The Lázaro Galdiano Foundation and the Representative Platform Physically Disabled ( PREDIF ) jointly organized the Day of Accessibility in the Lázaro Galdiano Museum on 29 March with an open house and adapted tour..

The Lázaro Galdiano Foundation is the result of the legacy José Lázaro Galdiano (1862-1947), a tireless collector, publisher, bibliophile and patron, donated to the State. The slogan ' a collection of collections ' expresses the eclecticism of the Museum's collections, excellent art gallery, encompassing great works of Goya, Zurbarán, Carreño, El Greco, Cranach, Constable or Bosco and is complemented by sculptures, weapons, ceramics, ivory, coins, jewelry, fabrics, or other miniatures from various collections.

The event, which is part of the Arts & Culture project developed by PREDIF thanks to the collaboration agreement signed with the Obra Social "la Caixa", will consist of an open day for people with disabilities and an adapted tour at 12 hours.

The Lázaro Galdiano Museum, is accessible for people with limited mobility and has been included in the TUR4all application, a tool developed by the Vodafone Foundation PREDIF by collecting the accessibility of tourism facilities across the country .

It seeks to raise awareness among professionals of the cultural institutions of the need to make their services accessible to persons with disabilities so they can enjoy the leisure and culture under the same conditions as other citizens.

Those interested in attending can apply through PREDIF with a atafur@predif.org mail or phone 91 371 52 94 .

PREDIF is today a benchmark in accessible tourism, chairs the Committee on Tourism and Leisure CERMI inclusive and its protocols and standards in the field of accessibility are agreed across the disability sector.

This exhibition is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Check our electric mobility scooters suitable for leisure and tourism in Madrid. Rent a scooter in Accessible Madrid for your visit (www.accessiblemadrid.com ) .
