"My first disabled trip to Spain"
I fell in love with traveling in Europe over twenty years ago. I had been traveling to visit friends in Spain every other year and developed a deep love for that country, particularly the city of Madrid. I was involved in a serious automobile accident eighteen years ago which left me a C6/7 quadriplegic.

"Friendliness and all kind of facilities"
On November 2015, I bought a Luggie scooter (foldable scooter) from Accessible Madrid. I was delivered a very good service all the time. The staff clarified all my doubts with professionalism, friendliness and always with good advise. Thank you very much Fernando and Arturo for your advice and so nice deal.

"Awesome Madrid"
Accessible Madrid organizes private adapted tours. They have an adapted minivan with hydraulic lift and also rent several technical aids and mobility equipment. We were a family of 4. We visited Madrid and Toledo on the same day. We wanted to see a lot but we had very little time.

"You are Great"
We drove from Guadalajara to Madrid to buy the Apex Transformer foldable mobility scooter. Accessible Madrid gave us an exquisite attention and explained us everything, possible and impossible related to the scooter. They also let us try it.

"A Very Responsible Service"
Last October I visited Spain for 22 days. I have a physical disability and I decided to hire an electric scooter with Accessible Madrid. The scooter I got was easy to disassemble and easy to store in the trunk of my car. The scooter allowed me to explore every inch of the historical and touristic places in this great country.

It has been great to find this quality service. I rented a scooter for 2 weeks for a family trip to Spain. Arturo recommended the type of scooter you should rent based on my specific requirements and Accessible Madrid delivered the scooter right at Puerta de Atocha train station in Madrid, so I could begin my journey.

"Excellent Experience"
Very good tour, informative and also lets you roam around when you want. Would recommended to anyone. Tours in both Spanish and English (Fluent English) my dad had a great time and was not tired as he would´ve been if he had to push his wheelchair around all day. Thumbs up from me.

"Excellent personalized service for 91-year-old with accessibility issues"
I´ve visited other European capitals with my elderly mother with walking difficulties: Accessible Madrid wins the prize compared to similar services in London and Paris. Arturo, who speaks fluent English, provided excellent personalized service; that is, he was responsive to our particular interests and needs.

"City trip to Madrid"
We visited Madrid with friends. Since I have a problem with my mobility I looked on the MS site in Holland and found out about Accessible Madrid. I sent them a mail and received rightaway response from Arturo. It was a pleasure to cross around in Madrid with the scoot, Without the scoot it would have been a trip with mobility problems.

"A Vacation Saved"
I suffered from an acute attack of sciatica upon arriving in Barcelona that required me to find a way to explore the city. A friend mentioned a scooter, as a better solution to the wheelchair we had rented, but that service was not available in Barcelona.

"Fantastic trip to Madrid because of Accessible Madrid"
I can give my best recommendations to "Accessible Madrid" which made me and my sons trip to Madrid unforgettable. Accessible Madrid provided us with tickets for a Real Madrid football match. Wheelchair seats were perfect - just next to the corner of the field. Fantastic experience for me as a wheelchair user and maybe even greater for my son.

"My first experience with a mobility scooter"
I am 59 years old and recently I have mobility problems. I was a little expectant of needing a scooter to move in medium and long distances. The scooter allowed me to do a great visit in Madrid accompanied by my wife. The guidance and encouragement of Arturo, the head of the service, has been definitive.

"Madrid for all"
We all could enjoy Madrid. Accessible Madrid made our dream come true of strolling the beautiful streets of Madrid in a comfortable scooter. They also have a van specially equiped for you to ride it on the scooter or on the van seat and just transporting it. Ask for Joshua the kind driver who speaks fluent English. Arturo Garrido was our guide.
