This is one of the most prestigious flamenco stages in Madrid, with 50 years’ experience as a leading flamenco venue and top performers most nights. The stage area has a rustic feel, and tables are pushed up close. Performances have a great price-quality ratio.
It's location is priviledged, as it is in the centre of Madrid - next to the Royal Palace, in the main historic quarters of the city -, its decoration, the arabic corbels and streetlamps dating from the 18th and 19th C recreate a setting reminiscent of the original tablao flamenco, that takes you back in time. Considered as the "Cathedral of flamenco art" of Spain, this establishment is frequently visited by well-known celebrities visiting Madrid, therefore don't be surprised should you find yourself seated by the King of Spain, Government Presidents or famous international artists. International celebrities such as Hemingway, Marlon Brando or Marlene Dietrich enjoyed the Corral flamenco nights in the past.
The dancers and musicians are so talented that they will leave you speechless. There is the option to come see the show + dinner and another option which includes the show and a drink. In the tablao, the entire audience is enraptured from the first notes of the spanish guitar to the final stomp of the flamenco dancer´s heel.
